Usually when I buy stuff on ebay it takes about 3 - 5 days from when I pay.

I've heard it could take anywhere up to a week or two but if it gets rerouted it could get lost in shipment you could very well never receive it. lol
Seriously if you have been waiting for more than a month you should be trying to track it down if it's of any value.
FedEx has a tracking system you can get on line if you have the tracking number and find out where about it is in transit. If you used another carrier you may want to call or get on line and find out if they have one so you can find it.
If you plan on using a shipping service over seas you should get insurance for your packages.

it is my adventure that issues from hong kong or taiwan take between one to 2 weeks to reach. it may take longer if it gets caught in customs however. I as quickly as offered some thing from germany and it took a month to reach to me.
