I take that every single day. In fact I am now up to 150mg. I would recommend taking it in the morning because that way it can work all day for you. When you take it at night, your really just wasting it. Make sure you take it with food or you will regret it. That was a hard one for me as I didnt normally eat breakfast and now have to. You are probably starting really low for a week or 2 right? Thats the only way to do it. Just remember 1 extremely important thing: when you and your doctor determine that its time for you to come off of it, that you do so gradually. It can really mess you up if you dont. I did the research on that and it can literally make your brain shake if you come off suddenly. But, I love this med. I am better able to handle my attacks when they do come now. It has helped me get out more. My husband has noticed a big change in me as have my doctors and councelors. I am leaving my box a lot more now. I know I will be on it for the rest of my life but that is fine by me. Its way better than where I was before. If you need to talk about it more, you can write to me at ivegtaluckystar1@yahoo.com.

Good luck,
Lori

It didn't do so well with me. My family had a good history with it, but it made me fell like...well nothing. it wa slike my emotions were gone...to some extent. Otherwise everyone in my family did well with it. Good luck!
