I would wager a guess that almost everything is banned by those idiots. Soap is one I know of,and yes toilet paper. I am not joking.My son-in law was in Kuwait,and he said the men put their butts up against a wall,and s..t in a ditch with running water. What was left was carried around in their pants.

No, it is not true. But you can buy with or without prescription easily and very cheap indeed.
