are there any exercises which i can carry out at home that can train the chest area? i do not have an reclining bench and only have a pair of short dumbells. the problem is i do not have a gym near my place and most of the time is spent at home. although i have been tarining my arms i wanna train my chest area too. anyone can gimme tips on how to do so with 2 short dumbells and no reclining bench?

well you can do pushups to start. If you need more resistance than that, prop your feet up on a chair and the pushups will be a bit more difficult.

You can also recline on something and do bench press with the dumbells you have. Try and find something skinny to lay on so you can bring the dumbells all the way down to your chest.

Push up can help to tone up your chest and swimming frog style too. I was in the army before and have did lots of push up. Till now my chest still looks great. Good luck.

Sit ups, push ups, curls with your dumbells and go jogging.
