I know wwhen in doubt throw it out( not warmer than 40 degrees ), and three-four days for cooked foods, but what about these? I just opened and put them all in separate zip lock bags--just wondering how long should they keep.

Cheese will last longer than meat. If it's wrapped well you can keep it up to two weeks. Lunch meats about 3 or 4 days. Also smoked meats last longer than turkey or bologna. I've found that how long it stays fresh depends on how fresh it was when you got it. Shop markets that have a high turn over so you aren't buying something that is already a week old when you get it.
