How many pups can I expect?

Yes, but many of us feel that it should not be allowed to.
AKC requires that a stud is at least 8 months old to register the litter.
Most of us feel that a dog should not be bred until 2 years. The primary reason for that is because OFA requires a dog to be 24 months before they will certify the condition of it's hips and elbows.
