is there anywhere I can get a very cheap blonde wig?? not made out of yarn though!!!!! i need it for my Halloween costume. Please answer ASAP!

Tag sales or go to a wig store and buy a cheaper quality wig..some have sale racks.

Visit a dollar store. OR, go to a Korean Beauty supply store. I've seen many women with cheap blonde hair from there and they weren't dressing for Halloween! LOL!
