I have been trying to lose weight for the LONGEST now.I mean i been trying to lose it since i was like,12.Every time i go somewhere i see these little pretty girls with cute shapes and i get depressed.I always told myself to just give up because i will never lose weight,but then once you know it,ill be trying agian and i still fail.I'm 14 years old and weigh 178 with 40 D breast,to me that just doesnt make since.Everytime i try to go on a diet it feels like im starving and i give in and eat almost everything.And then i be to lazy to exercise.I just dont really know what to do.Can someone help a girl out here? :(

First stop stepping on the scale. make a food log. You can post it in the kitchen or keep it private. For me I have to post it. You do not like to exercise then walk but try to see if you can find an exercise that you like. Even little things like cutting out reg pop. If you want a treat have one just do not eat the whole thing. Throw the rest away or share it with a friend. See maybe if your family can join a gym together and 1 thing for sure. Never compare yourself to another. Even though that is hard in this age and remember the girls in the magazines wish they look that good. They laser their photos to make them that thin. Good Luck and maybe talk with your mom or dad.

Try to think "When am I going to exercise today", instead of "What am I going to eat today". To loose weight, you need to burn more calories than you take in. There are so many fun activities - riding a bicycle, hiking, walking, intramural school sports, etc. The more you exercise, the better you will feel! Start slow and work yourself up. Eat small healthy meals every 3 hours to help jump start your metabolism. Good Luck!

the key to dieting is not to starve yourself. eat small meals 6 times a day. it will burn more calories and you won't be hungry. exercise is also a key. you have to burn more calories than you eat in a day. i know it sounds like a lot of exercise, but it isn't. you burn calories just walking around school. keep track of what you eat. it should be around 1700 calories.

you need to eat more healthy and do alot of walking for starters. dont worry to much about other forms of exercise to start until you start dropping the lbs. read tips on weight loss and exercise programs to help you better on this site

Take vitamin pills, eat like a vegetarian, work out a lot and it will happen.
