I would say masturbate, to be funny, but seriously, you need to learn to control yourself. I used to have really bad sex urges too, but the more I masturbated, the more sex urges. You just need to learn to ignore it, don't think of sex, don't look at porn, keep yourself busy....It's all up to you. Good luck!
