In Rome? Nah. It'd be like snow in Atlanta in February. Not beyond the pale, but highly unlikely. (Though it absolutely snows in other places in Italy in February, contrary to the statement above!)

It does but rarely. The climate in southern Italy is very temperate due to the winds off the Mediterranean Sea.

HI,,, i was there in Feb this year,, it did not snow there, while I was there,, but it rained a lot and was very cold...remember it is surrounded by mountains....
