Being " in love" is when someone enters a room and your heart races. Or when you look into their eyes, you think your heart will burst.
Being "in love" is, I think, the highest level of love. It is a sign of a true bond between two people. It will ebb and flow throughout all the years. Being "in love" needs love to sustain it..
Love is based on trust and respect. Respect yourself and learn to make right decisions and your partner will respect you. And that creates trust.
I never have to question my man's judgement I trust him. Because he makes right decisons. (Not to say no one makes a wrong decision. He's 45. You learn not to make so many wrong decisions.)
Trust and respect also make a friendship. This basic ability to hang out and just have a good time being with the other person is what takes you through the times when maybe you are not so "in love". It is the bond that will tell if you have the right person.
Create the person who will attract the partner you desire. Know what your strengths are and cultivate them. (Math, sense of humor, compassion for others, a skill) Do the things that interest you. Then when you meet your partner, you will have a really cool person to share.

Real love is when you are at absolute peace with the person. There is an amazing amount of trust, respect and dedication in true love. When you can imagine that with this person, any of your lifes goals will be accomplished, then it is true love.
