lol no its just a term used for little johns energy drink which i can only find in Atlanta basically crunk means to get hyped up. the name of the energy drink is crunk juice its just the same as the other energy drinks except it includes horny goat weed.

It is crazy and drunk. It isn't redneck for crank. I live in Kentucky, so I know plenty of rednecks, and not only do none of them say crank my "enjine" or anything like that, they don't say crunk either. It was popularized in Atlanta and stems from Little John's songs and energy drink.

crazy+drunk=crunk

prety much its used to describe somebody at a party thats having way too much fun.. jumping around, yelling about everything, dancing like an idiot, etc..

p.s. it is NOT a bad thing to be crunk, sorry if i made it sound that way

or it could mean your hyped up have an adrenaline rush pissed...ready to go fight ...usually cough syrup would not make you krunk..more like lean..you'd be leanin
