1. reduce heat styling your hair, don`t do it on a daily basis..
if you must then i guess!
2. get a trim every 1 to 2 months, it helps with your split ends!
3. i recommend using a shampoo&conditioner that reduces breakage, the pinkish sunsilk works great or even the suave professionals, all affordable!!
4. don`t brush your hair a lot! hand comb if you can :]

Get a detangler like Loma and never brush your hair when wet, always comb. Reduce thermal styling. Check your shampoo/conditioner. You said you tried lots of things. Are you over proteinizing? Under moisturizing? That will make your hair brittle and it will break.

it depends on your hair.... if you have Afro-hair use motion lotion...@ the hair store... if Caucasian use lo rel Paris that should do it if not come on down to pooh&peaches&tesha walk N welcome... in the "O" town.....a.k.a. murder city ya heard.....
