Unplug the TV. Spray WD-40 on a cotton cloth and wipe the screen. Then wipe again with warm water, let dry, and plug back in when totally dry.

The Magic Eraser gets crayon off of just about anything, if that doesn't work.

It is wax so dish soap or very warm water. Wax buffs out/off unless it was sitting long and need to work on it harder
