I bought an 800$ air ticket, if I want to cancel my flight,how much can I get back?

It depends from whom you bought it, if you bought it directly from air company you can get full refund. If it was some travel agency, they can retain some part of the money. I had to returned my ticket; from about $1700 I paid for it, the travel agency has returned only about $1200. Just call to the company you bought your ticket from, they will explain you.

That depends upon the fare class booked. If it's a fully refundable ticket, you'll get it all back. If it's a non-refundable ticket you won't get anything back. Check your itinerary printout. It will tell you.
