I would say that the first actual recipe would be for beer. Archeologists unearthed several cuneiform tablets in northern Syria that were 3800 years old. One of these tablets had a recipe for beer.

They had to make that unleavened bread or whatever in the Bible I believe, so they had to have the original bread recipe to begin with.
