Your ex probably only said that about u because he has low self esteem about himself, he probably thinks he doesn't perform very good sexually and he wanted to bring you down. You shouldn't be worried about what 1 guy has to say about you when there are so many others that are willing and ready to love you just for and your sexual performance. If you feel your sex life is boring then try to make it kinky try different positions set the mood try to read some karmasutra books if you like and see what you can do, or bring sex toys into the bedroom, what ever floats your boat. Good luck and try not to listen to assholes like that..

Unless your just laying there like a rag doll, don't worry about it. What makes him any good?? Does he just get off on you and then when he's done head for the fridge? Probably.
