Since this is diet and fitness, I assume you mean the fitness aspect of it...you need water to live, obviously. Drinking 8 8 ounce glasses a day is ideal, 10-12 is even better. It helps keep your skin clear, immune system cleared out, and helps you feel full. Now, the feeling full part doesn't mean that you can go anorexic and drink water and still feel satisfied...it just means that water with a meal and throughout the day will benefit you. On the other end of the spectrum, your body needs a certain amt. of sodium in the bloodstream and drinking excessive amounts of water will make you at risk. Don't get freaked out, because I mean drinking literally 50 8 ounce glasses a day could hurt you. Water has many benefits to the human body- don't be afraid to drink lots!!

Well water is really good for you. If you cut down on the cokes and mabye drink water you will lose a lot of weight and get alot healthier.
