I have a large bottle and I've had it for a long time... maybe 4 years. I'm the only one in the house that likes it.. How long can it "keep"?

If it becomes thick and syrupy then it has gone bad because the alcohol evaporated. If you keep it cool and tightly sealed it should last for years.

I don't think it goes bad... although wine and wine-based spirits, sake, and things like that do. Never had a problem with Kahlua, though. If you're concerned, smell it and/or taste it. If there was a problem with it, you should be able to tell. If you're worried about it in the future, keep it in the fridge. I think it tastes better cold, anyway.

Is it int he fridge? I like Kahlua too but mine doesnt ever last that long. If it had been opened...I think it would have gone bad. You are supposed to consume Kahlua within 6 months of opening.

I don't think it has gone bad yet, but if u want to keep it longer, put it in the freezer, liquer doesn't freeze in freezer hence the bottle won't explore.
You can keep your liquer "forever" in a freezer and it will be nice and cold when you want it too :)

It should be fine to drink, but how did it last you four years? The longest it lasts here is a few days, because it's so good.

I don't think that it is going bad. Just find some creative uses for it. Put it into coffee and add some half and half with some ice! YUMMMM!

Strange question - if you like it, how come you've had it for four years? Alchohol will evaporate off and give a stronger flavor.
