they don't all most 3/4 of them do because people move from there to here and leave the u haul here and then u see that plate but then they get changed as they move along you will see others trust me

LOL I bet the housing is cheap there than!
Everyone is moving since the government nuclear waste mountains and of course 500 degree weather.

Not all of them do, I have seen some with Texas and Michigan plates

They don't. I've rented several in the past couple of years and none had AZ tags that I recall.
