Looking for a Knowledge base content provider which could supply my company with a pre-populated database of questions and answers for common software and hardware issues.
I've searched the web and am having a hard time finding them. Lots of companies that sell KB software..but I need the backend content.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

CLARIFICATION: I want to import THOUSANDS of entries for all of Microsoft's products including Windows and Office. Blackberry PDAs, Microstation, and AutoCAD.

For each product that you sell, ask the vendor to provide the Q & A.
I have been using FAQ Manager Version 1.0 from http://www.cgi-world.com/ Gosh, it is easy to COPY and PASTE the Q & A Text into place.
