I don't know about losing weight but it will definitely give you gas.

Anytime you eat the same thing (not too much of it) day after day, you will lose weight. This is not good for your health however. You can suffer from nutritional problems. Also, if you do lose weight this way, you'll just gain it all back & maybe then some when you go back to eating the regular way. Your best bet is to get a balanced diet, sensible portions, & exercise. That way you get into the habit of eating right and your weight loss will last a long time.

Absolutely, especially if the chicken is baked or broiled rather than fried .That's actually a very low calorie meal, unless you're eating a ton of it.

sure if the vegetables are steamed and the chicken is fat free like chicken breasts or you can use other parts just cut off the fat and cook in a light or canola oil

As long as calories in don't exceed calories burned, you will lose some weight.
