So so mad b/c they lie to me they say they love me but all they want is to have a girlfriend who's hott thats me and tell their friends what should I do??? I need help!!!

These boys are only after one thing-they are not worthy of you. Atop looking for a boy-a decent one will come your way one day without you looking. They are not worthy of you-you can do better. You dont want to date a liar and you dont want your relationship to be everybody elses whispers. Drop the boys-stick with some decent girlfriends.
