ok i have almost no body fat, i do ab exercises regularly,i do cardio regularly and i have a healthy diet. Please dont include any of these tips in your answers or i might just smack you. Whats the best ab exercise to help me get a nice toned six pack? keep in mind the qualities i already have. any advice would be great...

Crunches, Roman chair, incline sit ups with a medicine ball and partner to play catch...

Be sure you suck your belly toward your spine while exercising because the abs will form in the position they are worked... that's why you see people in the gym with a protuberant six-pack... not attractive.

Keep doing what you are doing, but increase the repetitions and decrease the muscle strain to avoid new muscle growth and "bulking" up. That is how you will get a better muscle tone and get that chiseled 6-pack.

Cardio tones muscle but to build muscle you may want to try weights. But don't just do weights, do some cardio and some weights. But ease into the weights don't rush, that may do more harm then help.
