I still have feelings for my ex bf. The thing is we only dated for a short time and that was like 8 months ago. I just can't get him out of my head. He was sweet and caring. I think maybe I can't let go cuz he was my first boyfriend and my first kiss, but it was very innocent it never went past kissing. He use to say hi to me on msn after the breakup but he eventually stopped that. Should I ever message him on msn just to say hi once in awhile? would that be desperate? We go to the same university so maybe we could meet up but I would never ask him that.

There realy is no point-I can tell you that from experience! It is indeed partly because he was your first b/f. You need to move on just as he is doing. Take him off of your msn list-its too tempting. There are plenty of boys out there but while you are so preoccupied with your ex, they don't stand a chance! I met up with exes on 2 occassions years on-just out of curiosity-wow-I was so dissapointed in how they had changed and I was also glad that I had moved on! Some things are best let go of.

Girl you had better ask him that. Pride is a sin you know, and that's whats keeping you from telling him you think he's hot. Tell him he'll be flattered and you'll get him. By the way kissing ain't enough for a college boy. But stay celibate if you will just be able to handle the bitches that will.... ... Call that man , email him, IM him if you hafta.

Take it from me an ole playa, tell him you want him.

It takes a long time to get over one's first relationship. After my first boyfriend broke up with me, it was over a year before I could bring myself to date anyone else.
Message him once in a while just to say hi, to show him that you're still interested. Let him make the next move.

Sweety people come and go as u live ur life there nothing wrong with saying hi! and (rem)just hi so,you won't seem desperate if he's interested he'll respond from your hi and then go from there but rule of thumb never NEVER let him know your lonely or bored pretend if you must but there's an old saying if you love someone let them free if the come back there yours if not they were never yours. See Ya!

I think it would be fine to IM every once in awhile to see how he's doing. If he never respond back to your messages then just move on.

well...i still have feelings for my ex bf too (friendlike but...)but you have to ask yourself did you break up with him, if so it would look very desprate, if not then (if you really think you guys could make it work it again) you could so ask him again...just be prepaired that he may not want to get back with you!it does happen but it's really up to you...i mean good luck to if you do ask him.

I'm glad you never did anything to regret, and yes I think you can send afriendly message that's not sexual or suggestive in content. nothing is wrong with how you feel.

Find someone new and see if your ex gets out of your head.
