I was goin out with this guy for about a month, things were great for 2 weeks, then he started to annoy me, just little things. i backed off, but he continued to be over affectionate, and wanted to hold hands everywhere, and even kiss if i left the room. I said we needed a break and we have, but he still wants to be with me. im attracted to him, but will these little annoyances cause a breakup again if we get back together? i dont want to waste his time or mine again

He sounds way too needy to me, and that only leads to jealous, controlling behaviour, and nobody needs that. If those things are annoying now, they will be impossible to live with later. Do both of you a favor and don't get back together. It'll only be harder to break up later, and cause more pain for both of you. There's a lot of attractive men out there, h'e not the only one. Look around a bit more.

I'm going through the same problem right now. A break may seem like a good idea, but do you really want to get back with this guy? If he was over affectionate when you first started dating then most likely he's still going to be like that. A month isn't a long time, so I suggest you just break it off now. Don't waste your time. Find someone that will respect what you want and won't try to be all over you all the time. But mostly you should just do what you think is right. So good luck :)

No, because after dating for only 14 days he annoyed you. Why would you want more of the same? Find someone with whom you are more compatible, who doesn't annoy you within 14 days.
No big deal.

Sounds like you cant communicate, and most guys find that annoying. So think about that for a second, and voice your real opinion to him instead of to strangers.

you need to ask yourself why it is that you dont like him being affectionate with you. once you have figured that out you should sit him down and explain to him about this issue. better that he learnt it from you than from some g/f moaning about him when shes drunk to his face

Well do you think he has changed? If he annoyed you before it will probably be the same.
