Persay I dont know i doubt it on my behave but its up to you Would you want to take care of that child and be in that childs life?? Are you willing to get a job and raise it. Do you want all this drama. The gurls a package But dont judge her neccessarily on that judge her by her inside and not the outside.Is she a nice lady, does she have feeelings for you the way she says she does ?

No. She needs to straighten out her situation first. Sometimes pregnant women go through so many emotions while their pregnant so she's probably not thinking rationally. So let her have the baby, and get her situation straight with the child's father and if you two are meant to be then...you will be.

It really depends. If you love her and she loves you, why not?
The problem part is that because the future baby may cause some conflicts, you need to think twice.

If you love her enough, and you can love her baby, why not? But make sure she takes care of her problem first, and not rush getting into another relationship.

She's knocked up and she sounds immature, looking for a "daddy" for herself and her kid. I personally wouldn't touch that situation with a 10 foot pole.
