I have never run across any that were way out of whack. Girls tend to think that they are more uneven than they seem to be - from my experience.
Anyway, how often do two way different boobs naturally occur - on the same girl, that is ?
(not as a result of health-related surgery or an accident or the like).

Criminy.
Why can't people answer the question that is asked ?
Nobody ever does.
So far we have 2 answers that are not answers to this question, and one person calling me names.

my friend has a C cup and a DD cup and i have a C and a D, its not that uncommon, most people just dont want to talk about boo abnormalities...

Yep. The only perfectly formed and identically sized breasts are ones that were man made.
But you can usually tell if a woman is right handed or left handed by looking at them.
Right handed women usually have a larger left breast and Left handed women usually have a larger right breast.
Since you use one arm more than the other the least used arm tends to get slightly flabbier and the arm that you use most often is firmer yet slightly smaller because it is tighter.

not only are boobs uneven BUT the left side of your body is different than the right. check up and you will find hands and feet can be different sizes as well.

Most are a little uneven, but it's not that odd to have two that are noticeably different sizes.

Left one is continually little larger than the right. in case you spot the different seen unevenness except for length...you want to search for advice from a healthcare professional first. yet, please don’t search for any clinical advice in this communicate board. sturdy success...!!!

Actually, it is quite common for a girl to have one that is a different size than the other, however, the difference usually isn't that much.

It's actually pretty common. That's why breast augmentation is so popular, women want perfect breast & that's usually the only way to get them!
