It's like everything else. The first time is the hardest. And so what if you get rejected. So is there any social group at church or someplace where you can volunteer where you may find someone nice with similar interests. Don't give up hope; you never know what tomorrow will bring. Have you tried any of the single sites on line. Both my sons have found someone that way. Me, I'm scared to try that. But you can set a public place where to meet for coffee and if they look scary walk away. Best wishes.

Rejection is something that absolutely nobody likes to deal with. The possibility of rejection sometimes drives us into not doing or being the person we want to be. Dealing with rejection is a part of life, from early kindergarten to daily life as adults. We have to learn how to deal with it and get past it. You might start off by asking a female friend to go to the movies with you, then work your way up to someone you dont know quite as well. Believe in yourself and be confident. You can do this!! You will never learn unless you at least try. Please also note: its not the end of the world if by chance the girl declines your invitation. Its just a process of elimination as to who you will ask out next. Trust me, I used to be shy, timid and afraid of rejection also. Then one day I decided that I wasnt getting anything out of life being the way I was. So,, I changed and my attitude changes, my confidence level went up, I went after what I wanted. I didnt get it some of the time, but also some of the time I did. The chance I took to get some happiness in my life was worth the battle to overcome my fear. You can do it too. I know you can!! Good luck.

The only way over is through. Start asking women out with the intention of being rejected. Once you get used to it, you won't fear it. Your confidence will increase and once you feel more relaxed, the girls will sense it and start saying yes.
Try one of those speed-dating parties, where you only talk to girls for 5 minutes each. You just need more practice.

you need to think about what the outcomes of being rejected by a girl? nothing very important. There are plenty of girls there. You only needs one who really enjoys to hang out with you. You can try 50 times, if you get rejected 45 times, it's still ok. However, ig you get rejected 50 times, you may need to worry. Try to date some girl who may not be pretty.

take advice from a girl. try to practice asking out a girl with one of your girl friends. also, when asking a girl out, be calm and be yourself but try to make small talk first on something that you two can relate on. then ask her out. and don't approach her suddenly, approach her like you didn't know she was there or you just bumped into her accidently. but if you happen to get rejected, then just remember that she's gonna regret not going out with you and that there a lot of other girls that are so much better than her. the sea is full of fished you know. don't ever forget that.

Hey Buddy, we are ALL scared of rejection; even her! Just ask her out! The worse she can say is NO. NO doesn't kill you; it might make your heart beat faster but it won't kill you! We all get rejected through out life, but you have to just keep going. Just because someone says NO to you doesn't mean you have to sit on the sidelines for rest of your life. Live for the moment & always keep trying. Good luck!

Choose one day. Ask out EVERY single girl you meet, everywhere you go. Go to sleep. You will realize when you wake up that even if you get rejected, life goes on.

The best thing to do is just ask a woman out for a cup of coffee or to help you shop for a gift...
At first keep it very superficial. She is more likely to say yes, than if you ask her out to dinner or something more intimate.
Give her a chance to get to know you.

Dude...just do it! Trust me! You're gonna get shot down from time to time,no matter what! You might get shot down more times than you score, but so what?! Just get back in the saddle!
Keep tryin' !
It might also help if you look for girls that appear to be as shy as you are! They're just waiting for a dorky guy to hit on them! There are gals out there who're dreaming just as hard as you for someone to just walk up and stutter an invitation for company!
Do it dude!.....Just F'n' do it! You're not a loser if you get shot down! You're only a loser if you sit back and let opportunity slip away!

You need to be confindent. If she likes you she will say yes but if she sences that your afraid she may have doubts...How are you ever going to find love if your always afraid. But DO NOT ask her out in a note or have one of your friends do it for you. If you do it she will see that and be happy that you had the courage.
