I would not feed the food to the dog, but if he gets into it (if you throw it outside, or he gets in the garbage), keep an eye on him. When I was first married, I just threw the stuff out at the edge of the woods thinking it would be okay, and one of my dogs got real sick. She recovered, but had to be on pepto for about 4 days.

If it's been in the fridge more than 3 days throw it in the trash. Put yourself in your poor dogs paws would you want your human feeding you rotten food.

Make your dog sleep outdoors for a few days in case he gets food poisoning, that is if the dog will eat the food you are throwing away.

Not a great idea. Food scraps can cause health problems in the long run. Especially if the food is no good of course. Some foods cause sickness in dogs anyway such as chocolate etc. IMO I wouldnt.

Dogs have a much shorter small intestine than humans. They pass food much quicker than us so bacteria, mold, etc has much less time to reproduce in them. ( Most bacteria reproduce every 20 min to 2 hours so the number of bugs about doubles every hour...) Now you may not kill your dog like this, but you better not punish them for getting some serious "number 2" problems or having an accident on the carpeting...

As uncommon treats, carrots and peanut butter are continuously my flow to (carrots dipped in pb are much extra appropriate!). My cousins canine even eats lettuce. on no account supply your canine chicken bones. they're hallow and could splinter and ought to be deadly in the adventure that your domestic dog have been given one lodged in his throat. purchase bones from puppy shops and on no account supply your canine cooked bones! i don't bear in mind why it somewhat is undesirable, besides the undeniable fact that it is straightforward to google. Innards out of your turkey on thanksgiving and yuletide should not be a controversy, uncooked or cooked, back, google those issues. a lot of people purchase floor purple meat for his or her canine and lots of dont actual supply their canine puppy shop nutrition, yet somewhat feed them a uncooked weight loss software. it somewhat is costly and time ingesting however. And as an element observe, be certain the shop nutrition you're feeding your canine has an more desirable protien content textile than grain. 0% grain is the main suitable (i exploit orijen) and of path, on no account chocolate of any form! in case you have teenagers, be certain they understand this besides. you incredibly ought to shop on with shop bought treats. Human nutrition purely isn't as sturdy for them and lots of treats have reward (like dentasticks)
