Ok before ya'll think i need to see a docter or what not. I beileve that its just a small weakness that took me years to figure out. I even found out theres such a word 'clingy'. Smothering is simular if im not mistaken?
I'm in my 20's so does that make me a late bloomer to all this? There are women who like the attention and some that dont. But in general they hate clingy guys right? Either because of past relationships or just annoyed & tierd of them. I dont want to be a victim of being a clingy guy. Recently ive been talking with this gal hours away from where I live for 3 and half weeks. We have lots in common & can talk about anything for days. To make the story short a friend of hers gave me a warning oneday. That she is worried I was being a little clingy? & right then and there I felt stupid and ashamed. Cause the next following day I sent her a small gift

Ignore her calls sometimes, and take things bit slower. See it would be much better to seem as if she is just someone to fill your boredom time with. If you start acting like good friends and even send gifts, it may seem a little socially awkward. Stay cool, stay calm and take things slower. And i suggest you "take things slow" with a few girls (3-4) just so you have stuff to do and options to go with. Good luck man.

yes forget about her and go own with your life don't look so hard when its the right girl ,time ,and place, you will no it and you want be clinging it will all come natural except being nervous and maybe a little goof and she will want you to cling so don't worry just make friends lots of friends dint tie your self down with one girl till it fells like you just cant live without her good luck oh buy the way you dont need a dr just give your self a little time maybe to be older

Just take things slow. Or even make her think that your not interested. If she thinks that then she'll talk to you more. Basically , just stay cool.

she wouldnt mind you being "clingy" if she felt the same way you do. just keep her as a friend. if she becomes more interested later she will let you know.
