This guy in my automotive tech class is always hugging me and messing with me. He pulls my desk closer to his. Does this mean he likes me?

It probably means he thinks you're hot, but that doesn't necessarily mean he likes you. If you like him, keep flirting back and he'll get around to revealing his intentions. Hard part is you'll have to be patient. Otherwise, if you're confident and good at being coy, just say something disguised as flirting that is also asking him if he likes you. Like, "I know you like but you're gonna have stop pulling on my desk I'm trying to get some work done." He'll either smile and vaguely admit or he'll leave you alone. Either way, you'll know for sure.

Looks like you are been 'messed'. You don't really likes him otherwise you would not be asking that question. It is a one sided liking otherwise you would have responded to his 'messing'.
Just ignore him or move away from him to show that you don't like been 'messed'. You obviously did not retardiate his advances and he would just take advantage of you by touching you. Who knows what he would do next when no one is around. So be street smart and stay away from him. He is just being a jerk. If he really likes you, he will not do such things until you give him your consent.

I would think so,But it's been awhile since I was in high school,but I doubt boy's have changed.Does he act this way outside of class say in the halls or after school?Sometimes boy's don't have the nerve to come out and say "hey I like you".Even as they become men thay find it hard to share their feelings.So just drop hints to him,like say "people are going to think we are going out "and see how he responds to that.GOOD LUCK

Likely, but maybe not as someone who wants to be your boyfriend. He may like you like a friend. He does not really flirt with you, it is almost like he wants to be good friends with you. Why not ask him out and see what he says. If you like him, what do you have to loss. Good luck.

You will only know if you ask him, or if he tells you straight. Some people just flirt to flirt, and there's nothing wrong with it, but you don't want to get your feelings hurt. So just ask him.
