i have a highschool dance coming up and i dont know to dance one little bit well except slow dancing but thats easy but im talking about grinding and stuff like that(sorry if i offended anyone)

I like to do the cabbage patch...A LOT! that and something that I like to call the convulsion robot, put in some hip breaking dance, and I am one hot number on the dance floor.

if thats all you can do then get up there and grind it up. thats the way i dance. i call it the slow grind

I your a guy, you stand with you legs kind of appart and the girl stands in front of you and you lean up aggenst her and move side to side to the beat of the music. That's how you grind.
