Appetizer/Salad: Herbed goat cheese on sliced baguette, and a salad of fresh organic arugala with sliced nectarines and toasted hazelnuts in a light champagne vinagrette, all served with a Kim Crawford Malborough (New Zealand) Sauvignon Blanc 2005.

Entree: Tuscan roasted chicken with herb roasted garlic potatoes, served with a Barone Ricasoli Chianti Classico Castello di Brolio 1999.

Dessert: Valrhona molten chocolate torte with a Jordan (California) Cabernet Sauvignon. If your budget won't stretch to the Jordan, substitute a good Chilean cab or a premium brunello. Or for a real treat, fresh organic strawberries (in season) with creme freche and an eisswein. Mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm.......

Wine and wine. Gets you real drunk. If you get Mad Dog 20/20, it will save you some jing so you can buy more bling. In fact, if you get the raspberry blue M/D 20/20, it actually has the words, "BLING BLING" in all caps in gold print on the front of the label. The blue raspberry is the only fav wit this little bonus. That's why it's all I drink.
