Found this:
Jordan's Crispy Nut Four Combo, said the Which? report, had the highest fat content at 28.5g per 100g and the fat in the bar was equivalent to a McDonald's McBacon roll.
Didnt find any site that would list the fattest food in the world. But I did find plenty of sites that said Americans are the fattest people in the world!

To gain weight you need to eat foods that are high in starch and high in sugar.
When you eat starches, they are converted into sugar, and sugar is converted into body fat.
Eating Bread, Pasta, Candy, will all get you fat! Becareful you don't become Obese, this could cause you to become Diabetic...those are problems you don't want (I was diagnosed Type II Diabetic July 2005 because I was obese)!
Eating food that is high in fat will only get you a coronary! You will also end up with high cholesterol and clogged arteries.

The doc told my mom to eat ice cream and chocolate and brownies. She was skinny as a rail. I think I have her metabolism where I can eat a Big Mac and lose weight. Just eat healthy and love the fact you have that metabolism.

How about Pasta Carbonara, heavy cream, cheese and bacon, MMMMMM!
Fettuccine with Cream, Basil and Romano
Ingredients
(4 servings)
4 ea Bacon slices; chopped thick
1/2 c Whipping cream
1 x Or:
1/3 c Basil; chopped fresh
1 x Salt and freshly ground pepp
1 x Romano; freshly grated
4 ea Green onions; chopped
1/2 c Parmesan; freshly grated
1/2 c Romano; freshly grated
1/2 lb Fettuccine
1 x Parmesan; freshly grated
Instructions
Cook bacon in heavy medium skillet over medium heat until beginning to brown. Add green onions and stir until softened, about 1 minute. Add cream and simmer until beginning to thicken, about 1 minute. Mix in 1/2 cup Romano cheese and chopped fresh basil. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Return to hot pot. Add sauce and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately, passing additional cheese separately. *** My notes: When I made this, I used 1 cup whipping cream, 1/2 cup each Parmesan and Romano, 1 tbsp dried basil, and substituted 4 or 5 thin slices of Prosciutto for the bacon- frying slightly in butter. I used about 6 ounces of "Pesto Linguini", which is a thinner pasta containing basil. We like LOTS of sauce!

Try Crisco, but, seriously, the armed forces use peanut butter to fatten up recruits...They also have food supplements meant to help you gain weight.

I have this really 'bad' cake recipe. it's a PAN cake. it takes 13 eggs and 2 sticks of butter.
1C. powdered sugar
2 sticks sweet butter (softened)
4 tsp. decaf. instant coffee
13 large eggs
Crisco
1/2 C. potato starch
1/2 C. flour
3/4 C. sugar
Wax paper
2 or 3 tsp. hot water
Wipe pan (long med-shallow pan) with crisco. Separate 10 eggs. Yoke in large bowl, White in medium bowl.
Blend white into whipped cream. Put in fridge. Starch first then flour into one cup. Sugar and yoke then blend. Put a little flour then mix then the entire cup then mix very well. Now oven at 350 or 400. Large sheet wax paper. put at bottom of pan. (like a cupcake bottom) Take out white cream. And remix then add to mixture in bowl. FOLD into mixture! Not side to side stirring! Take the white a little at at time. Pour misture into wax papered pan. 30-35 minutes. Do not open oven until done.
FILLING
2 sticks of butter into small bowl. Separate 3 remaining eggs, using only the yoke. Put half of the powdered sugar into the yoke and other half into the butter. Mix butter and sugar. Mix yoke and sugar. Mix butter/sugar very well so no sugar is at the bottom. Put the coffee in a average cup and put the hot water and mix until disolved. Mix sugar/yoke again then add to the butter mixture. Now add the coffee. Mix until creamy smooth. Like milk chocolate.
When cake is ready, let cool. peel off paper. and cut cake in half horizontally length-wise and put filling in middle and replace top.
Put icing if desired. I liked home made cream cheese icing.
TA-DA!
I call this Alexandra Ivanovna's cake after the woman who taught me this recipe who make it by memory and no written recipe.
