im not like an old guy losing hair either i just want to know what i can do to make it grow really quick

You can't do anything to make you hair grow faster. Not pills, or vitamins, or changing your diet.

If you do the vitamin route their is B-complex, vitamin E, and zinc (30mg), people whose hair grows quickly need more hair-cuts, people whose hair does not grow fast enough (like myself) complain but wait! we do have options, depending on exactly how vain, and how much $ you are able to spend. There are ways to sew hair length into your own, if you want it in certain areas' this is the best choice, you may use the same method to sew in length all over, you have the option of fusing hair on to your own, (yes it will stay in), then there is the option of glueing hair, but the bad part of that is it glows under say ?? blacklights and or club lighting. you have another option of corn rowing the hair and adding lenth as you go along, althought these are braids. So, you now have 4 ideas. Realistically there is NOTHING that will make your hair grow real quick!

There is special shampoo and cutting dead ends. Also in winter hair grows slower than in summer. It might be an interesting fact to know that hair grows about a half inch a month, and that hair grows faster during the day than at night. Hope I helped.
