relationship too slow?

my girlfriend thinks that im too intrested in my ex because im taking my relationship "too slow" with her... i don't know what to do now....

well, are you still too interested in your ex? answer honestly.
If not, tell her it's not specifally the ex, but the you just need some time to readjust your life to a new relationship. Tell her that you really love her and that you are worth the wait.
