Ok so there's this guy (Anthony)..I met him like a year ago and when I saw him (which wasn't too, too frequent) he'd look at me alot and blush sometimes. We went out once too. He's shy and so am I. But he's more shy around me sorta..not other people. When I see him..I say Hi and when he sees me first, he'll say Hi. I was thinking about talking to him on Wednesday..
Does it seem like he likes me?

I think he likes you a lot. If he's the shy one, try to get him to open up and feel comfortable. He seems to be interested, just get him out his shell and see where it leads. Best of luck to you =)

Sorry i don't think so. Some guys are just too shy to express themselves and blushes at the moment of anything. It is their natural personality. Don't fall just for external factors. It is important that whether you like this guy first. If so, then work on it and find out whether he is comfortable with you. You don't want a 'stranger' to be your partner rite.
Like you mentioned, you are a shy type too. So put yourself in his shoes, you probably feels the same and wondering what the other person is thinking. Whatever it is, do you like this guy?. If not or not really, then move on and let time decide.
