i'm 15 and so is he. so whenever we were in history class last year, he kepton asking me how the tests went for me.. but then when we get them back he braged that he got A's. And then on the street, he randomly called out my name, and started asking me if i knew for the final would be graded. i mean hello!! do i look like the teacher?? I never gave my name to him and his friends don't know me. he was in the history class after mine.. so he couldn't have known my name from class.
my friend says he's not shy at all.. so if he liked me.. wouldn't he have already asked me out?
so this year we have a class together, but it's been 4 weeks and he hasn't said anything. nonetheless, i find him staring at me all the time. and today he finally talked to me to see if i understood a concept. all i said was "no". i felt so awful afterwards!! do you think he'll talk to me again? what does it seem like he wants?

like the others it seems like he likes you, go talk to him, he seems like he is scared to ask you out so how about saying how about we study for our test in our class we have together, and bingo you have your self a study partner, and possibly a date afterwards ;-)

It'l be a while before he talks to you again, unless he's very social and can take blows like that easily. I say, don't be so iffy and mean towards him, maybe thats the only way he knows how to interact/talk to you. And he wouldn't have asked you out by then b/c he may think he doesn't know you well enough and he may think it would be socially awkward. Engage in a conversation and be classmate friends. Even though there isn't enough information given, I think he may have a crush on you and that he's just trying to start conversaitons with you. If you don't mind the little chats or if you kinda like him, don't shut him down like that and don't make him be the one who's always starting the conversation.

you should try and talk to him about a subject that you are learning about in class. it sounds to me, that he was bragging in a kind of a i like you way, like see look how smart i am. he probably gets the felling that you dont like him back and that is why he might not act so sudden to you. try smiling at him in class to show that you are not mad or do want to talk to him. good luck.
