he likes u but is just nervous. sweetie, i am having the same EXACT problem right now.....wut i've been doing is i continue to flirt w/him, but i also do a little flirting elsewhere as well. it works! i mean, a week ago, he was flirting w/me and every other girl in school, but now it's like he doesn't even notice them anymore! good luck chick-a-dee!!!

Um sounds like a player, if he likes you, he'll ask you out, if he's stupid enough to pass up on a relationship thats promising, he's just plain stupid and thinks he's a player.
