My husband even has a problem using a walker because his right
foot is just like a dead weight. He has seen a neurologist, had an MRI and brain scans done and now one seems to have an answer, He also has tried physio and can exercise fine when lying
down but as soon as he puts weight on his legs his right foot
doesn't seem to want to move. He just cannot stand up on his own and always has to have a walker when standing. Although he doesn't get dizzy he has very bad balance. We sure could use some help.

Sounds like you may need another opinion. Try orthopedics too.
Also keep up the PT. Get him a wheelchair so that he can be independent while he's learning to walk properly again.'
