that should be enough, but swimming really loses a lot of weight on your midsection. Just swimming until u can't is a really good workout.

doing 30 min of exercise 3-5 times a week helps you maintain , if you want to loose weight you got to do more, up to 6 times a week for 30 or more minutes. And remember muscle weighs more than fat so you may loose inches without the weight loss.

You are only 14, do not be counting calories. You need those. Eat 3 meals a day, healthy meals and get plenty of exercise. Cut out the cookies and ice cream and all junk foods, cut out the fast foods, that is all you need to do as long as you are getting exercise on a regular basis. If you give your body just what it needs, it will take care of itself. Also, drink plenty of water. If your body thinks you are starving it, it is gonna store unwanted fat.

Try riding you bike, streching and maybe joining a sport in school, like soccer. That is what I am doing but not for weight reasons. Just eat healthy and you will be good, but I would expect that much weight lost in a week maybe 1-2 pounds. over that is not healthy.

yep but stick to it........and by the way u are a perfect weight based on ur height and ur only 14 girl ur still going to grow taller so eat healthy and do what ur doing but dont worry bout those 10 pounds

exercise at least 30 minutes a day. eat fruits, veggies, grains. drink water. you should be healthy.
