You have some serious issues. And you think you could pick better leaders... From your ranting, I would be terrified to have you and your kind pick the direction of our country!

I'm a Christian and I care about more than the fact that President Bush is [also] a Christian. I don't agree with everything he says and does. The first time around the alternative was Al Gore. No way on God's green earth would I vote for Al Gore. I care about my country's future, too. Many an American president has had to send our young men [and now young women] to war. To whom much is given, much is expected. Freedom is not free. God has richly blessed our country. Do you really think that if we'd just sat here after the USS Cole, 9/11, the embassy bombings, etc. that we'd be better off? Do you think we'd have gone over 5 years without a terrorist attack on our soil? As for his daughters, they are adults and make their own choices. I'd be more concerned if he was a drug addict. God bless!

He aint the best, and has made some questionable decisions. But still - would you have wanted someone like Al Gore at the helm during 911? He would have given us a bunch of crap about the environmental impact of all the jet fuel burning in the towers and killing coral in Florida. That guy is a nut, Bush may not be the best, but he is much better than the alternative.

Cindy Shehan ... is this you ??
I am a Christian and I voted for Bush .. but I am FAR from ashamed of myself.
Pssst. Our country was attacked on 9/11 ... this is the reason that he sent soldiers to Iraq. Yes, there have been casualties, but not near as many as there would be if we just sat around in the Oval Office with our pants down like Clinton did (who ignored the 4 prior attacks on our Country).
Now, lets discuss your other points .. "he cheated on the .. elections" according to you. NOT AT ALL ... the election was decided by the counting of the votes. Give it up; you people have been trying to beat this dead horse to death. One thing is for certain, we certainly would not have wanted that tree hugging AlGore in Office during these difficult times.
If you need any further education just ask.

Bush won fair and square...no matter how many times they recounted the votes, Bush won. Gore was just a sore loser. Nobody has me brainwashed. I know that Bush is human and all humans have flaws. I think he's been a strong leader and stands up for our country instead of letting people push us around and get away with it. We can't afford to have a weak minded, weak spirited person in the White House. Our country is at war which means that we have to do everything possible to keep our country safe. What do his daughters have to do with anything?

How very terrible for you to be so angry. I did vote for Bush and I am a Christian and he appeared to be the best choice at the time. I prayed about it and my congregation prayed about it. I think if it was an error, I would have had some indication to do otherwise. That's little consolation to your anger, but I am human and I do actively listen for the guidance of my God. I will most likely cast my next vote in the same manner... praying and praying and praying. So far, the choices don't seem to predict a different outcome.

I have reviewed most of his speeches against the enemy. He often use the words enemies of the the free country. He never used enemies of Christian God and if ever he mentioned that probably in a very few moments of his extreme anger. How about the enemy, how many times did they call on Allah as the greatest? even before they bomb themselves and hit the WTC building. Saddam Hussein, how many times did he declare war against US and its allies as the infidels. You should be the one ashamed of accusing the voters because these voters are also now making noise telling Bush to stop the senseless war.

I'm not ashamed of myself and I'm a Christian who voted for President Bush. If he ran again, if it were possible, I'd vote for him again. I am proud of our president and think he and his are doing what is right for this country in this time that we live in. You do know that this is the very last generation for this World Age and this generation will see the arrival of the anti-christ and then the Second Coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ.
Don't condemn anyone. Try praying for them. God is in complete control of this country and every other one in existence. Its His Will that is to done not ours. You need to learn this and soon it sounds like.
All our men and women that went to war against the terrorists in the world did it for people like you. And by your comments you try to bring there victory whether in life or death to naught. Again, shame on you.><>

Actually, that is one thing I don't like about him, his religion. He is part of the inter-faith movement that basically attempts to say that everyone is OK with what they believe. This, of course, is not what the Bible says.
However, with all the bad, I'd prefer to have a Republican over a Democrat, just due to basic party planks. I don't believe a word either says though and either will be bad. We have a corrupt system no matter who is in charge.
I put my trust in God and try to live my life as good as possible regardless of who is president or in congress.
