Lots of people answered with things that make them feel better and those things are all individual. "Favorite antidepressant" would be the antidepressant that works for YOU! Everybody has a different chemistry and what works great on me, may do nothing for you. See your Doctor, if you need medication...and do the same thing if you are on medication and it's not helping.
