I don't see how it could be bad advice. Even if you have difficult neighbors.

I was going to say something sarcastic, as if to be an atheist answering a perfectly good question, but this guy above beat me to it. And as of now he has two thumbs up. Go team!!!

Because you live next door to them. If you doo good things ,they will be nice back (usually). If you do bad things, they will retaliate.

You live there, how would you respond to how they treated you?
