Ok so there's this guy (Anthony)..I met him like a year ago and when I saw him (which wasn't too, too frequent) he'd look at me alot and blush sometimes. We went out once too. He's shy and so am I. But he's more shy around me sorta..not other people. When I see him..I say Hi and when he sees me first, he'll say Hi. I was thinking about talking to him on Wednesday..

From the looks of it, you just gave yourself proof that he likes you:
1. He looked at you a lot, those quick glances when you're not looking, also blushing
2. You went out
3. He's shy around you, meaning you're more special than other people.
There's three things right there!
And you know what? He probably wants to take you out, make him like you even more, but for most guys, about 95-97%, it's real hard to go up to any girl that they like, even harder for a good-lookin' one, and strike up conversation and ask her out. I'm a guy; I should know.
