Most nutritionists and doctors here seem to advise not losing more than 2-3 pounds a week. If you lose more than that, you're probably losing water weight, which will go back up when you fully re-hydrate. So it sounds like the maximum would be around 10-12 pounds.
Good luck!

Well if you eat right and exercise everyday for 30 minutes or more you could lose anywhere from a pound to 7. That has alot to do with your meltaloblism and what you do for exercise.
However do not work your self to death, if you feel lightheaded stop! It will come off if not sooner than later. Just take it easy ok!
And drink a **** load of water!!!

Safely, 2 pounds a week. More than that and you are hurting your body. Remember at first most of the weight lost is water.

I believe that the maximum weight loss is about 2 lbs a week. Anything greater than that may result in loose, saggy skin and stretch marks. Best method? Take it slow with... diet and exercise.

If people have been losing weight in those commercials and are losing 10 pounds a week then it is 40 pounds (strict diet and strict exercise).
