How can i resize the space between lines in a 'Word Document'?

Go to Format, click Paragraph, then go down to the scrollbar that says "Line Spacing:" and choose.

To add space between written words, tap. the INsert/REmove Space Icon

select the lines to resize and change font size to what you want or change paragraph single or double...
