I'd like to pick an exercise that is easy to remember and do the same one all the time. I don't like remembering, counting, and carrying out an exercise plan. So if I could find ONE that would do those two things, I think I could stick with it.

P.S. I'm not fat, nor even overweight. I've had 4 children, and I'm 55 years old.

Here's one I invented, based on the tummy--roller wheel exercise device.

Get on the floor, elbows and knees, and rock forward and backward. Gradually put your knees and elbows farther apart. Take care not to put direct pressure on the kneecap itself. You should feel a pull in your tummy,as well as exertion of the entire chest and shoulders.

You are doing it right, if you have the strange feeling that you are making copulatory movements, as if making love, on top.

Get in push-up position and prop your feet on a step stool. Then do some push ups. It works your arms, shoulders, and abs.

Sit on a balance ball and do lateral raises. Keeping your balance on the ball will help your tummy and the lateral raises will help your shoulders!
