I checked and changed the fuses. Over head light is out, dash light out, heater/air doesn't blow, back defrost wont stay on,blinkers dont work, but emergency flashers work, mirror lights on sunvisor don't work. All quit working at the same time. Every once in a while blinkers may work then quit. When i try the front windshield defrost i can feel the heat but it doesn't blow. There are no sparks that i can see when its dark, no burn smell, and no engine lights on.

Please check the fuseable links at the starter relay they should not streach when you give them a tug. one that powers up everything has burnt thru. temp fix bare back the wire and twist or put an electricitans wire nut on it.

Hello??? the car is almost 20 years old. Most Lincolns that age are hard to fix so you're better off getting a newer one or another car.
